Mót í áhaldafimleikum karla og kvenna haustið 2020. Skipulag ásamt gagnlegum upplýsingum um fyrirkomulag móta birtast hér.
Haustmót í áhaldafimleikum
Fyrir hverja: Keppendur í 3.-1.þrepi og í frjálsum æfingum kk og kvk
Keppt er í: keppt er í fjölþraut og á einstökum áhöldum.
Aldursflokkar: samkvæmt kröfum móta.
* haust 2020 er haustmót tvískipt. 3.þrep og frjálsar keppa 24.-25.október og 1.-2.þrep keppa 14.-15.nóvember
Þrepamót
Fyrir hverja: Keppendur í 4.-5.þrep kk og kvk
Keppt er í: einstaklingskeppni í 4. og 5. þrepi Fimleikastigans. Veitt eru verðlaun fyrir að ná þrepi sjá stig í Fimleikastiganum.
Aldursflokkar: Ekki er keppt í aldursflokkum í 4.-5.þrepi
Íslandsmót í áhaldafimleikum
Fyrir hverja: Keppendur í frjálsum æfingum karla og kvenna
Keppt er í: Mótið nær yfir tvo keppnisdaga. Fyrri keppnisdag er keppt um Íslandsmeistaratitil í fjölþraut og 5 stigahæstu einstaklingar á hverju áhaldi vinna sér inn keppnisrétt á seinni keppnisdegi. Þá er keppt um Íslandsmeistaratitil á hverju áhaldi fyrir sig.
Aldursflokkar: Keppt er í Karlaflokki, Kvennaflokki og unglingaflokki kk og kvk
